- Prices include the staff of houseman, maid and cook 6 days a week
- Prices do not include food, liquor, etc.
- Minimum 5 night stay except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year when minimum 7 nights required.
- Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year- Full price applies, no varying bedroom price
- The villas can be reserved individually or together if more than 6 bedrooms required
- If both villas are rented by the same party all guests can dine together in the one villa if desired

- Children are welcome; cribs and highchairs are available
- No Pets.
